Our hotel manager will send you a written guarantee to secure your booking. Please point in your written request your contact phones, fax and email for this purpose. In case you do not receive any answer from us during 24 hours after sending your booking request, the booking will become non valid.

 

We reserve your right to make changes or cancellations after the booking at any time, although we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 24 hours of the arrival date if individually and within 7 days if a group of people is arrived. In case of paying on account 100% of services prepaid is required.
