Online payment can be done via the ArtPay system using BelKart, Visa, and MasterCard.
The service is free of charge with no additional fees or interest.
The secure payment page of the ArtPAy system will display the account number, service name, invoice amount and payment currency.
Enter your Bank card details — number, name on the card, expiration date, CVV2 / CVC2 code and email address to receive an electronic card receipt and click “Pay”.
If your card and Bank support the 3D-Secure security standard, you may be asked to enter your 3D-Secure secret password. To get a 3D-Secure password, you need to contact your Bank (the phone number is indicated on your Bank card).
As a result of the payment made using a Bank payment card receipt will be generated in electronic form (sent to your email address specified when entering payment details), reflecting the details of the payment operation and being a confirmation of the payment operation. Save the receipt for reconciliation with the card account statement (in order to confirm completed transactions in case of disputes).
Payment by Bank card in the ArtPay system is convenient and secure. Data transfer during the order payment process takes place in secure mode TLS 1.2 with 256-bit encryption key length using 3-D Secure Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code technologies.
The service provider protects your Bank card data, which is confirmed by compliance with the PCI DSS 3.1 security standard.
Information is transmitted over closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability.
The processing center does not transfer your Bank card data to our company or other third parties.
Cancellation of the reservation. Money refund.
Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, the payment for one day is withheld. In case of timely cancellation of the order, the refund is made by the seller in the form in which the payment for the services was made, within the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
